I have actually dealt with Bryan on several transactions and have known Bryan for fifteen years. A few years ago, my wife and I needed to sell our condo and find a house with more room. It took nearly six months for us to find a home that we were happy with. Bryan was more than patient through this entire process. We worked over the weekend and arrived at an agreed upon price and terms with the seller. I was surpirsed at how low the price unded up being that we arrived upon as well as everything that we got for the money. Now on to the condo. Bryan listed the condo, at a price that I thought was too high, at 9am on a Saturday morning. There was a showing at Noon and we had an agreed upon offer by 5pm that was much more than I thought we would get for the property. That was the easy part. To keep this short, the buyer was very hard to work with. While trying my best to keep a level head, I had moments of extremely high stress. Not only did Bryan have to deal with the buyer, but he talked me off the ledge numerous times. Everything closed and worked out in the end.
Bryan is knowledgable about Raleigh, patient with both sides of the transaction and compassionate to all those involved. Most importantly, he is results driven. If you need to move your property or purchase a new one, you are not going to find someone better to work with than Bryan.
August 2006 was a terrible time for our family---our youngest sister who lived in a beautiful home in Raleigh died unexpectedly. Her brothers and sisters were her only family. The burden of handling her estate fell to us---which included the selling of her home. Since we were all from out of town/state, our son recommended a fraternity brother who lived in Raleigh to handle our needs.
As soon as Bryan walked into her home we knew we had made the right choice. Bryan was compassionate and sensitive to our particular situation. Although this was business, he treated us as if we were family.
While the house was on the market, we needed yard work done to maintain the house---primarily the raking of leaves for the large yard. Bryan contracted with a service to handle this for us--at a very reasonable cost--who did an excellent job-we did nothing but send a check.
Bryan secured a buyer for us in record time---a person from across the United States---and worked out all the details himself related to such a complicated endeavor. During all of this I, the Executor of my sister's Estate, was in a hotel out of town. Bryan kept us informed every step of the way via phone/faxes to the hotel/etc., 24x7 for several days.
The individual purchased the house and several pieces of furniture in the house, working directly with Bryan---we never met the buyer or had to travel back to Raleigh for the closing---Bryan handled everything.
Bryan took a terrible time for us and made it the easiest it could have been. I will forever be indebted to him for his amazing dedication, work ethic, compassion and sense of urgency with bringing this situation to a successful close for our family.

When we decided to list our house with Bryan in early 2008, we had no idea that we were entering the worst real estate year of our time. We had moved away, so we left our home in Bryan's capable hands to oversee. As the financial markets tumbled and the real estate bubble burst, there was no panic in Bryan. While many young realtors were bailing out, Bryan's commitment to us and to his long-term business was evident as he gave us good counsel, tried new and creative ideas for marketing, and took care of the details while we were in another state. Bryan's efforts delivered a large number of showings and even some offers in a frozen market, but in the end (through a strange turn of events) we ended up moving back into the house. Bryan even took that in stride, as he knows that by treating his clients well and cultivating long-term relationships he will grow and sustain his business over time. Bryan- You moved at the pace of real life - quickly and tirelessly getting everything done that needed doing. Through some very challenging market conditions, you continuously checked in, advised, and helped us adjust to sell our property. In September 2009, my husband and I were living in Kansas City, when my husband interviewed for a job in Raleigh. We were expecting our first baby, so we had many decisions to make in a short amount of time. A friend in Raleigh recommended Bryan Moore, after working with Bryan on their family's recent home purchase.
We were so pleased and encouraged by the long-distance help Bryan provided in the weeks leading up to our Raleigh visit. In October 2009 we made the long drive across the country, and got to see our new house for the very first time, the day before we closed. The house was everything Bryan said it would be. We now have a 10-month old daughter, and we're pleased to call Raleigh, and this house especially, home!
